Sparkling - Brut - Smith & Evans - Aller - Somerset

The currents vintage is pretty much equal quantities of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier with 15% Reserve Wine from previous vintages going right back to 2010 .

It was disgorged in late 2019 after four years on the lees. It still has plenty of room for development and will continue to improve for five or more years.
