Made IN MAGNUM by legendary winemaker of Rioja, Jesus Madrazo, for anyone looking for a wine that is all about the grape and not the wood, welcome! In a personal first Jesús adds Merlot, a non-indigenous grape, to the Tempranillo (82%), Garnacha (and others) blend.
An intense cherry colour, with a powerful nose of red fruits, aromatic bush herbs with mint chocolate and spicy notes (clove/cinnamon). In the mouth it is fresh with intense fruit flavours and very good acidity. The oak is well balanced and delivers a tight but silky smooth, long finish.
