Cherry red, raspberry and strawberry hints on the nose, which carry through to the palate with notes of violet and a touch of spice. Great value for money!
Leval's vineyards, centred around Gascony in the Languedoc-Roussillon, offer ideal conditions for the cultivation of Pinot Noir, a grape variety that is extremely fussy about where it succeeds. While Pinot Noir is not planted extensively in the Languedoc due to the dry, hot Mediterranean climate, at a cool, high altitude here it succeeds brilliantly.
