This white shimmers with the vibrancy of a summer garden - think lime zest, crisp white peaches, and a hint of fragrant spice. It's crafted far from its Alsatian inspiration, in the cool climes of Western Australia. There, a trio of grapes traditionally from Alsace come together. Gewurztraminer adds exotic spice, Pinot Blanc brings softness, and Riesling lends a backbone of citrusy acidity. It's a wine that's unapologetically bright and cheerful, a reminder of sunshine even on grey days.

Larry Cherubino Wines is a name that consistently pops up when discussing Western Australian wine. Larry Cherubino, the man behind the label, is a bit of a legend in the region. After graduating from Australia's prestigious Roseworthy program, he spent years honing his craft around the world before returning home in 2005 to set up his own show. Today, he's not only making highly regarded wines under his own label, but also lends his expertise to a number of other big names. Larry's a bloke who wears his passion for winemaking clearly on his sleeve, and it shows in the quality of the wines he produces.

A vibrant Aussie, its citrus and stone fruit notes a welcome foil for grilled mackerel or a summer's seafood salad.
