Fitou - Ze - Mas des Caprices - Languedoc - France

Intense, luminous, ruby red coloured juice. On the nose it offers scents of both red and black fruits, leather and ink, all punctuated by a minty accent. On the palate it is ample and soft, fresh and ripe red fruits lead to smooth tannins, subtle spice and roasted herbs. A friend of grilled meats (especially pork), but also beef tartare and rare roast beef.
