English Sparkling - Blanc de Noir - Fenny Castle - Wells - Somerset - 2020

Fenny Castle's latest release in their ever popular Blanc de Noir style.  This wine came from the 2020 vintage.

The wine has been awarded two Silver medals from the 2023 WineGB Awards and the 2023 WineGB West Awards.

Made from Pinot Noir situated on the steepest vineyard parcel and has spent four years on the lees.

Pale gold in colour with fine bubbles, bright acidity with red apple and pear fruit and beautifully integrated yeasty notes on the palate.
