From the Garda region of Veneto, Italy. Lovely bright intensity with floral, aromas of blossom, apricot, peach, green apple and tropical fruits. A blend of 15% Trebbiano, 20% Cortese (the grape behind Gavi) and 40% Garganega.
Dry, elegant, harmonious on the palate. The flavour remains true to the nose. This is a very enjoyable summer terrace lunchtime wine with friends or as your everyday wine!
ABV 12.5%
Excellent aperitif, it goes well with appetisers, pasta and risotto, fish recipe in general, pizza and summer light light flavours.
