Picpoul De Pinet - L'Abeille - Pays d'Oc - France
Light lemon-green with a nose of white peach, apricot kernel and zesty lime peel. On palate fresh citrus fruit flavours, accented with subtle hints of fennel, green pepper and lime zest. This is a weightier, rounded Picpoul due to fermentation on the lees.
Pairs well with all seafood and shellfish as well as other traditional Mediterranean dishes, but also with cheese and chocolate. It’s best drunk young and cool (between 8-10°).
