It’s back! After an enforced sojourn at the winery due to the difficulty in socially distanced bottling the Smith & Evans Naturally Fermented White Wine is back home and available for sale. We’re very pleased with the wine, it’s still young and fresh but there’s also a depth of flavour and a nice rich texture from the wild ferment
