Chardonnay- Cherubino - Margaret River - Australia

A richly fruited, deftly oaked Chardonnay from Australia's Margaret River. Aromas of roasted nuts, peach and sweet citrus blossom aromas and complex oak spices. Flavours of citrus, mineral salts and a fine, long acidity. The fruit was hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed directly into 60% new French oak, 40% 1 year old French oak. Juice naturally fermented in barrel with only 10% allowed to go through Malolactic Conversion. This wine is part of the larger Cherubino range, which is a family-run, award-winning business in Western Australian. Enjoy with rich, white meats or creamy dishes.
