Cane Rum - Circumstantial - Psychopomp Distillery - Bristol - Somerset

A funky, fresh rum from Bristol's Circumstance distillery, Circumstantial Cane is made using 100% American molasses, fermented with a blend of mead yeast and distiller's yeast. Once it has been distilled, it is aged over oak spindles for two months, before being redistilled. This creates notes of lively grapefruit peel and sweet banoffee pie.
