The Cabernet Shiraz is synonymous with Hartenberg. Vivid purple red in colour, with ripe berry fruits on the bouquet and hits of forest floor and sweet spice. The palate reveals juicy, crunchy fruit, soft gentle tannins and a velvety, elegant finish. Vibrant red fruit, plums and cassis aromas from the Cabernet Sauvignon combine well with black pepper undertones from the Shiraz. It can age for 10 years from vintage.
