This is the red wine made by ex French rugby legend Sebastien Chabal (aka Seabass!) out of Cellier des Chartreux near Avignon in the Rhone region. This is a very sophisticated wine with a dense ruby colour, a complex nose with fine aromas of spices, small red berries and violet floral notes. A very singular tastes on the palate, plums, cherries, blackberries with subtle oak hints and warm spice, characterised by great balance and a beautiful long length. A very special Cotes du Rhone!
