Vodka - Black Cow - Strawberry Vodka

The creation of West Dorset dairy farmer Jason Barber, Black Cow claims to be the world's first pure milk vodka, made from nothing but pure whole milk. The whey is used for vodka whilst the curds go into Jason's award-winning cheeses. Not surprisingly, it has a wonderful, smooth, creamy character!

In this strawberry version, locally sourced, leftover or misshapen strawberries, usually destined for the bin, are pressed and combined with the original. The strawberries are naturally infused for 4 days resulting in a beautifully rosé hued vodka that is delicate, layered with strawberry fruit character and gentle honey and floral notes.

Delicious to sip neat, or mix in a long drink or cocktail.
