Created to be familiar yet new and exciting. Refreshingly dry, copious amounts of moreish acidity, well layered flavours and delicate aromas. Can stand up to a variety of different foods all of which will accentuate distinct characteristics. Delicious with hard cheeses and trout or smoked salmon pate.

Fruity nose, think apples and lemons, with subtle aromas of honey and freshly baked bread.

The palate is striking with laser-like acidity carrying flavours of tarte au citron, toasted nuts and squeezes of fresh lemon.
