Roussane 50%, Viognier 40% and Clairette 10%

A refreshing blend of local grape varieties, Domaine Grand Veneur’s Côtes du Rhône Réserve Blanc has a bouquet of stone fruits and flowers with white peach flavours and a mineral finish – ideal with hearty salads and seafood. The winemaking processes involve direct press and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Early bottling is conducted six months after harvest.

The Jaume family have been making wine here since 1826 and still own the same vineyards; some of the vines are now over 100 years old. Christophe Jaume is the sixth generation of his family to make wine at this domaine. Covering nearly 50 hectares, the domaine has plots in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Côtes du-Rhône Villages, Côtes-du-Rhône and Lirac.
