Vintage Champagne - 2011 - Harmonie - Jacquinot et Fils - Epernay - France

This Vintage, created in 1976 by Pierre Jacquinot, is the quintessence of the Jacquinot wines.

Produced only in exceptional vintages, the 2011 'Harmonie' is a blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir.

It remains in underground cellars at 12 °C at 19 metres in chalk for many years, this extreme ageing does not diminish the cordon of fine bubbles.

After its delicate opening it develops subtle tertiary flavours of honey, brioche, mint and vanilla. The balanced and open palate reveals nuances of wood and wax.
