 Delicious and traditional oak matured Rioja Blanco

• Clean and focussed aromas, with good intensity and notes of ripe, white stone fruits, acacia honey, aromatic herbs and white pepper.
• A warm and rich wine on the palate, with a round, unctuous mouthfeel and very long finish.
• Aged for eight months in a mixture of oak and acacia wood barrels, contributing real complexity of flavour and a smooth, rounded texture.
• It is a gastronomic wine to accompany meaty fish, such as monkfish or turbot, and it also goes very well with poultry and other full-flavoured white meats.
• The winemaker recommends opening 30 minutes before serving to allow the aromas to develop.
