Roussillon - France
Roussillon is located near the southern edge of the St Chinian. Southern France, with its multifarious regions, indigenous grapes, cultures and traditions is home to some of the most exciting, characterful wines in the world at present.
Fresh red fruits
Similar in style to a provence rosé. Soft red berry fruits, strawberry and raspberry flavours are supported by deliciously fresh acidity.
Tapenade, Salad Niçoise, Paella, Grilled chicken, fish dishes and other summer platters.
The grapes are checked throughout August, in order to choose the right day to harvest. Once harvested, the grapes undergo a skin-contact maceration to extract some colour from the skin. Then, the juice, is collected after a delicate pressing and fermented at a low temperature in stainless steel.
Mont Rocher is a collection of wines produced from indigenous varieties, produced in a style that lets them clearly express their varietal typicity and sense of place.
