Sparkling - Rose - Langham Estate - Dorset

The Langham Rosé NV is a blend of 54% Pinot Noir, 23% Pinot Meunier and 23% Chardonnay, which produce this pale rose gold wine with a stream of fine bubbles.  Aromas of rhubarb crumble, cherry, cranberry & raspberry compote. The palate has a fine mousse with notes of strawberries & cream, sour cherry & pink lady apple with an integrated citrus acidity. A complex wine with a long finish.

A wine suited to all occasions, drinking equally well on its own or with light seafood dishes. Perfect now or age for up to 3 years.
