Fiano - Zin - Produttori di Manduria - Puglia - Italy

Zin Fiano Produtto di Manduria is a great entry point to the Fiano grape - straw yellow with slight green notes and has an intense and complex sweet apple and pear perfume with some soft orange flora. It is dry, well structured and the complex apply palate flavours are a reflection of the delicious aroma.

This wine is made from old bush vines that are aged up to fifty years old that produce a wine of intense dark berry fruit with wonderful balsamic end notes and excellent balance on both nose and palate. The grapes  picked from twenty year old espalier trained vines in mid September, the vines yield around ninety quintals per hectare. The juice undergoes fermentation in stainless steel temperature controlled fermentation vats at 18° C and afterwards is aged in  the stainless steel vats.
