2021 Vintage. From Château de Lascaux, based at Pic Saint-Loup in the Languedoc, the biodynamic Garrigue Blanc is produced from mainly Vermentino and a touch of five other southern French grapes. This wine has complex aromas, with hints of acacia and violet followed by white peach, apricot and mango. On the palate it has a full texture, with freshness, finesse and a long finish with floral notes.
