Pilsner - Herb - Woodshedding x Left Handed Giant - 5% 440ml

This beer is brewed as a collaboration between Woodshedding Brewery and their friends at Left Handed Giant as a homage to the pilsner of southern Bavaria, that they both love. They have given it their own South-Western spin by using their heritage Plumage Archer barley, which Warminster Maltings kilned at a lower temperature than usual to give the beer a straw light hue. The familiar raw YQ wheat from Somerset makes up the rest of the grist, while a generous dose of hops from the farm in the Tettnang region of Germany deliver the herbaceous character one would expect and also a hint of mandarin, lemon peel and pine.
