A Schnitt, or ‘cut’, is the German custom of serving a short measure of beer as a quick, foamy pour. The guys at Woodshedding have adopted the word to mean a ‘cut’ of alcohol strength ie a light lager.
Brewed with their heritage Plumage Archer malt and regeneratively grown YQ wheat combined with choice hops from a farm in the Tettnang region.
