Sparkling - Trilogy - Brut - Smith & Evans - Aller - Somerset

A blend of the reserve wines from the vineyrd's first three vintages 2010, 11 and 12. This wine was made with no added sulphur or dosage (sugar). It is very rich and full flavoured. 

A very special fizz, it's gorgeously rich, with citrus, stone fruit and nuttiness from the bottle ageing. Decanter Magazine scored this 95 out of 100 calling it a "complex edgy glass of fizz."

Our verdict? Defy anyone to say this isn't at least as good as a very classy Champagne!
