Retsina is made with a little addition of pine resin that gives to the wine botanical aromas. Aromas of dried strawberries, raspberries and pine needles. On the palate flavours as cantaloupe melon and strawberries are evident with a botanical undertone. Perfect wine for dishes with an olive oil base, fried sardines and spicy Mediterranean sausages.
