This rosé is a blend of Merlot & Cabernet Sauvignon from « Sables Fauves », typical sandy soils of the Cotes de Gascogne region.
Fermentation temperature is controlled to enhance aromatic expression from the grape varieties. After fermentation, “Le Rosé” is aged on its fine lees and then maintained at a low temperature.
Tasting Notes
- Nose : Red fruits, cherry, citruses.
- Palate : lively attack, good aromatic persistence.
- Colour : salmon pink

Perfect on its own as an aperitif but will go beautifully with your summer barbecued meats and tapas.
Drink at around 9°C.
