Tabula Rasa is a Latin phrase meaning “clean slate”, so draw a line under the snootiness and snobbery of old school wine and start a fresh with this. It’s made by Wild & Wilder, who are the two Masters of Wine Giles Cooke and Fergal Tynan – we’re not sure which one is Wild and which one is Wilder, we’ll have to take them out for a few drinks and find out.
