An ambrosial nose of wonderful floral aromas, on the palate there’s an abundance of tropical fruit, melon, guava and peach supported by zippy acidity making it mouth-tinglingly moreish. A light refreshing wine for any occasion.
The grapes are hand-harvested and then placed in wooden cases - this is usually done at dawn or late in the evening to avoid the intense heat of the day. Clusters picked during fresh hours remain intact meaning that there is no risk of fermentation starting during transport. Once the grapes arrive at the winery, they are pressed immediately and the must is then fermented in controlled temperature stainless steel tanks.
Great for sipping and enjoying or pair with light fish dishes.
