From chalky and rocky soils in the DO Cariñena, the average age of the vineyards this Garnacha is picked from is around 25 years old.
A soft and gentle mechanical pressing of the Grenache/Garnacha grapes and fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature before 3 months ageing in old American and French Oak.
Intense cherry red in colour, this is a lovely fleshy Garnacha with elegant and smooth tannins. Sweet chocolate hints, fresh with raspberry, black cherry, and strawberry flavours.
