La Vendimia is a young and vibrant red wine from Spain's Rioja region, crafted from a 100% Garnacha grapes. This wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats before it is aged for four months in French oak barrels. This process imparts subtle complexity while preserving the fresh character of the Garnacha grapes.
The nose is full of ripe cherries and blueberries, complemented by delicate floral notes.
This delicious wine offers a harmonious blend of red fruit flavours, including red-currants and blueberries with a touch of floral elegance. It's medium-bodied with a lively acidity keeping it fresh and easy drinking. This is an old favourite of Butlers and one we like to keep on our shelves at all times.
