Quinta dos Carvalhais Encruzado has a bright citrus yellow colour and a subtle flavour, characteristic of the Encruzado grape variety. Notes of minerals, white fruit such as melon and pear, floral shades and a refreshing plant-based touch stand out. It has a complex bouquet that marries exceptionally with the aroma of French oak acquired during 6 months in the barrel. It is fresh, balanced and harmonious in the mouth, its vibrant acidity combining well with touches of French oak to deliver a long and lingering finish.
