Roditis - Aoton Winery - Attica - Greece

Aoton make some of Attica's best wines from just under two hectares of organically farmed vineyards planted in the mid 1990s.

Roditis is a complex and richly textured wine made with its namesake variety and produced in small amounts. Concentrated and balanced throughout, it has evolved beautifully in the bottle, as is appropriate for a fine wine. It has a golden colour with a dry, floral palate. Lovely chamomile and tropical notes on the nose with honeydew melon and honey, then pronounced, fleshy peach and pineapple on the palate.
