Royal Somerset is a heritage dual purpose apple with melting and juicy flesh which makes a sharp, crisp and very enjoyable modern cider. The short, upright sepals on the apple form a small crown which gave rise to the ‘Royal’ name.

Organic cane sugar is used to produce a medium cider.
