The origin of the unusual name Chameleon is twofold. Not only are the vineyards home to many cape dwarf chameleons but it is also indicative of the ever-changing characteristics of the wine. From the ripe cherry character of Merlot to the minty berry flavours of Cabernet Sauvignon to the spiciness of Cabernet Franc all balanced by the rich toastiness of french oak.
The rich, plummy Merlot complements the minty, blackcurrant flavours of Cabernet Sauvignon.
Perfect with Italian food like pizza & pasta or simply enjoyed on its own.
