Although orange colou, this isn't a strongly 'orange' orange wine. Aa light scent of oranges gives way to apricot and a hint of toffee. Although it's a dry wine, there's umami and a round mouthfeel evoking sweetness, almost like a white port. Pleasantly textured and rich.
Serve chilled on its own or with omelette, salmon, duck and non-western seafood dishes like sushi. Works well, too, as an aperitif or after-dinner drink.
