The Losi are a small ancient family of Chianti winemakers that have
produced Chianti Classico since 1870. The grapes are harvested from their
estate which lies in the most Southernmost hills of Chianti, receiving
excellent sun exposure. Jancis Robinson described these tannins as ‘like
a Persian carpet’, exulting the warm, inviting spiciness and flavours of
red plum, praline and cherries.
