Chardonnay - Beaujolais Blanc - Domaine Marrans - Beaujolais - France

Fresh and elegant in the mouth with notes of citrus fruits. Grapes are from the lieu-dit of Bel Air a Saint Jean d'Ardieres, from 7 year old vines, planted facing south-east at an altitude of 250m.

Hand picked, then softly pressed fermented with indigenous yeasts. 100% malolactic fermentation to give a buttery note and creamy mouthfeel and extra weight on palate - the perfect foil to the citrus, baked lemon flavours. 

Delicious with fish or cheese dishes.
