This Brut Rosé champagne is a wine of delectable fruitiness and freshness. It is a blend of 84% white wine and 16% red “coteau champenois” wine from year 2016 harvest.
The 84% of white wine is made of : • 78 % Pinot Meunier (Emblematic Marne Valley varietal which brings an intense fruitiness and fullness) • 22 % Chardonnay
Bottling took place in the spring of 2017.
Secondary fermentation and ageing "on the lees" for 36 months. Disgorgement: 3 to 6 months before « commercial sale » Dosage : +/- 10 gr /L
