Butterscotch and glazed fruit on the nose as well as apricot, ripe pear and floral notes. It has a broad palate with similar notes on tasting.
It shows really well alongside paté and roquefort but also fruit tarts, pastries and chocolate desserts. Serve chilled. One of the very best estates in the village.
