A dry stout loaded with Bullion hops at the end of boil creates very slightdissonance with a little citrus and currant fruit tang alongside the more characteristic roast notes.

A simple malt bill of organic Plumage Archer pale malt,  roasted barley, black malt and un-malted YQ wheat Other also add hints of chocolate and coffee.
