GEOLOGY: Clay-limestone soil gives Riesling excellent structure and a unique expression. Clay retains water, ensuring slow and balanced ripening, while limestone imparts minerality and tension.

VINEYARD: This wine is crafted with respect for nature, following organic practices to preserve the purity of the grapes and the balance of the ecosystem. No synthetic chemicals or pesticides are used, allowing the vineyard to thrive naturally and express its true terroir.

CELLAR: The grapes are picked by hand before being pressed whole bunch. Following a long and soft pressing the juice is transferred to tank for gentle static settling. The slow, cool, natural fermentation can last up to three months, followed by few months of ageing. All these details help us reflect and preserve the "sense of place"

TASTING

APPEARANCE: Pale straw in appearance with green hues and a brilliant clarity.

NOSE: Intensely aromatic, revealing layers of orange blossom, fresh lime zest, and ripe tropical fruits like pineapple and passion fruit, intertwined with delicate hints of wet stone and white peach.

PALATE: A classic Alsace Riesling, offering a vibrant fusion of zesty citrus, lemon curd, and crisp green apple. The palate is beautifully structured with a refined minerality, reminiscent of crushed slate, and a refreshing natural acidity that lingers on a long, elegant finish.

FOOD & WINE

On its own, Riesling is a mouth-watering aperitif, especially on a bright summer's day. The 'zing' of Riesling is a delightful complement to the fresh flavors of seafood, shellfish and white fish, and enhances citrus or garlic-based sauces.

ABOUT THE LABEL

The yellow circle captures the golden hue of the grapes at perfect ripeness — warm, radiant, and full of promise. The circles reflect the structure of the acidity, with the center symbolizing our ultimate goal: grapes that reach full, sun-kissed ripeness yet still carry that bright, lively freshness that makes the wine sing.
