Blended from Kotsifali 65%, and Mandilaria 35% grapes.
The Karavitakis winery is located in Chania on the west of the island of Crete, where the family have been growing grapes for over 80 years.
The Kotsifali grapes were fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel vessels. The Mandilaria grapes were destemmed, with 50% whole berries included. After a light pressing, the wine was blended and matured in stainless steel for a year.
