Commix is a classic blended cider for drinking with food. This is a well balanced, easy drinking cider with fresh fruit on the nose, palate cleansing acidity and good tannic backbone, balanced with a little residual sugar.
The 2022 vintage is especially expressive and luscious with a bit more sweetness and tannin than usual. As usual it is built around Yarlington Mill, Dove, and Browns, this vintage also has Bisquet, Chisel Jersey, Sweet Coppin and Ellis Bitter in support. Excellent with lots of different foods, especially steak and chips, mature cheddar, grilled pork chops.
