This wine M by Saint Maur Rosé is a rosé originating from vines planted on clay-limestone soils enriched with schist and quartz. Vines of diverse varietals such as cinsault, grenache, syrah, mourvèdre, and cabernet, among others, are cultivated according to ecological principles and without the use of chemicals that could harm the natural balance of the terroir. In the winery, the selected and de-stemmed grapes are gently crushed and undergo a brief maceration. Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
