By using soft spring water, bicarbonate of soda and a high level of carbonation, they have created a delicious soda water with a delicate aroma. Perfect for bringing out the best flavours of the finest whiskies.
COCKTAIL RECIPE:
Fever Tree Premium Soda Water | Juice of 1 lime | 1tsp granulated sugar | Handful of small mint leaves | 50ml white rum | Plenty of fresh crushed ice.
Muddle the lime and sugar, add the rum and stir. Put the mint leaves in your hands and clap to help release the oils, place in glass add in soda water, give a single stir and top up with crushed ice. Garnish with an extra mint leaf or two.
