A pretty, off-dry rosé bursting with the taste of summer. It has a stunning hue of crushed cranberries and long legs. Heady scents of peony mingle with summer fruits including strawberries, red cherry and a hint of crab apple. The palate is fruit-ladened and bursting with succulent flavours of juicy red fruits. Raspberry and redcurrant marry pomegranate and tangerine with just a hint of sweetness to compliment the fruit. It bursts into life on the palate and shows good vibrancy on the finish.
Perfect served with slightly chilled with seafood such as lobster or garlic king prawns. Delicious with tuna fish tartare or fresh local crab. Nice served with antipasti such as tomato bruschetta, herb-infused olives, tapenade on crostini or olive-bread drizzled with pomegranate molasses. A great accompaniment to cured meats, charcuterie, patés and terrines.
