Fruit driven, ancestral-method fizz.

Made in the Col Fondo style (effectively the same as Pet-Nat), this cloudy, tangy, nutty fizz is made by the brilliant Sandridge Barton winery in Devon.

The Sharpham Estate, home of the Sandbridge Barton winery, is located along the banks of the River Dart in Devon. They have been making wine in the Dart Valley for over 40 years and harvest up to 60 tonnes of grapes each year. The grapes which make the 'Figgie Daniel' are sourced from a vineyard planted in 2008 with 24 acres now under vine. Varietals planted include Pinor Noir, Chardonnay, Madeline Angevine and Bacchus.  All of the winemaking, including the bottling, takes place on-site and then matured in various vessels including oak barrels and stainless steel tanks.
