Syrah - Fazioli - Organic - Ch La Mascaronne - Provence - France

Chateau la Mascaronne is located in Le Luc - Provence - France, approximately 30km from the Mediterranean coast.

Fazioli is made mainly of Syrah grapes, but also some Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes are handpicked and the philosophy of the winery is to limit the production (40 hectoliter / hectare) and only produce wine of the best grapes. The agriculture is currently in transition to organic farming.

Hints of red berries, fresh pepper, undervegetation and tobacco. The taste is fruity and concentrated, round with soft tannins. The finish is long with hints of spices. 

Pairs well with Beef wellington, spice foods, mature cheeses.
