Hay coloured, with a bouquet typical of the Chidiriotiko grape, combining light muscat with flowers and citrus fruit. Delightful saltiness combined with a fresh taste of pear. Although dry, Methymnaeos white has sherry-like sweetness and depth. Minerality recalls the scent of sulfur, abundant in the volcanic soil of Lesvos.
Serving Suggestions: Serve chilled with smoked goods, seafood, legumes and white confections.
